Delivery

Jacquot Paris is committed to offering you secure delivery in France, to Monaco and Andorra.

Our products are made to order, so delivery will take place within a maximum of 6 weeks after your order.

For European and international deliveries, delivery is subject to a charge. The cost of this delivery is added to the price of the products purchased when you validate your basket.

You have 14 working days after receiving your jewel to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your Jacquot Paris jewel.

To do so, please contact us directly by e-mail (annelaure@jacquot-paris.com), quoting your order number. We will then tell you how to proceed.

Your return parcel must include all the components of your original parcel: jewel(s), case(s), invoice...

Once we've received your package, we'll send you an e-mail to confirm the eligibility of your return or exchange, and refund your order in the case of a return.
