Article 1: Conclusion of the sales contract

Use of the Site and the order imply irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

The Client declares to have the capacity to conclude a contract, that is to say to have the legal majority and not to be under guardianship or curatorship.

The General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. When the Customer places an order on the Site, the general conditions of sale applying to his purchase are those in force on the site at the time of the order.

Article 2: Customer

When placing their order, the Customer must provide their personal data necessary for the execution of the contract and in particular for the delivery of the product. The Customer must be vigilant as to the accuracy of this data. Jacquot Paris cannot under any circumstances be held responsible if delivery of the product cannot be made in the event that the personal information entered by the Customer is not correct.

Article 3: Products

The products presented on the website www.jacquot-paris.com are each subject to the most detailed description possible with their technical details. This description is also accompanied by various photographs which may be slightly different from reality, particularly in terms of colors.

In addition, jewelry being artisanal creations, there may be certain differences in finish between each product and that appearing on the Site.

The Customer acknowledges that these possible differences between the product presented on the site www.jacquot-paris.com and the product delivered to him are not substantial and that they do not alter his consent to the sales contract.

Article 4: Order

Before validating his order, the Customer must verify the accuracy of the information relating to his order (products ordered, delivery time, shipping costs, amount of the order).

Validation of the order by the Customer means that he accepts all of the General Terms and Conditions and agrees to conclude the sales contract. Validation of the order therefore results in a payment obligation for the Customer.

Once payment has been made, Jacquot Paris will send the Customer, by email, a confirmation of their order containing a summary of the information entered on the order form as well as a detailed invoice. A hyperlink included in the confirmation email allows the Customer to download the General Terms and Conditions applicable to their purchase and keep them on a durable medium.

We recommend that the Customer also check the accuracy of the order information in the order summary email sent once the order has been validated.

Article 5 – Price

Prices are displayed in euros, excluding tax, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated when the Customer provides their delivery address.

Jacquot Paris being a micro-enterprise it is not obliged to collect VAT.

The sales prices displayed are therefore net of VAT.

Jacquot Paris reserves the right to modify the sale prices of its products at any time. The price invoiced to the Customer will be the price displayed at the time of payment of the order.

Article 6 – Payment terms

Payments for orders on the site www.jacquot-paris.com can be made by:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express): the amount of your order is then debited immediately, upon validation of the order. The order date is that of online payment.

Article 7: Shipping and delivery

The products sold by Jacquot Paris are made to order, delivery of the products will therefore be made within a maximum of 6 weeks after the Customer's order.

Deliveries are free in France, to Monaco and Andorra.

For deliveries to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Vatican City State, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Spain , Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland delivery is chargeable and the costs are displayed before validation of the order.

Deliveries are made by the DHL Express service and any delivery costs are added to the price of the products ordered and invoiced.

The Customer will be informed by email that their order has been taken into account, its progress, and its dispatch. He will also be informed of any delivery delays of which Jacquot Paris may become aware. If a product cannot be delivered, Jacquot Paris will inform the Customer as soon as possible and the order will be canceled, without this giving rise to any compensation other than reimbursement of the price of the order.

The Customer remains solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties which may be claimed in respect of the sale and importation of the products to the place of delivery, and must ensure that local regulations do not oppose the importation of the ordered product.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the provisions of articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw from their purchase, without having to provide any reason.

The period of fourteen (14) days starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, received the ordered item.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for the Customer to send an unambiguous communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal by email to the address annelaure@jacquot-paris.com before the expiry of the withdrawal period. retraction. In the event of withdrawal, Jacquot Paris will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs.

The Customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after communication of the withdrawal decision. This deadline is deemed to be respected if the Customer returns the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

Jacquot Paris may defer reimbursement until receipt of the goods.

The refund will then be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction. In any case, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for the Customer. To return the item, Jacquot Paris will be able to provide you with a return slip, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount.

If returning to Paris, it is possible to return the item to the Jacquot Paris head office during office hours.

The direct costs of returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

However, we will only accept the withdrawal if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the purchase invoice and with all accessories that were initially delivered.

Returned products not meeting the conditions previously detailed will not be taken back.

Please note, if a product has been the subject of specific customization at the Customer's request or made according to the Customer's own specifications, such as an engraving on the jewel, it cannot under any circumstances be made subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded (except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a non-compliant product (subject to article 3 hereof).

Article 9: Sizing or repairs

If your product requires resizing, Jacquot Paris offers the possibility of returning it to our workshops. If this return takes place within the month following the order, it is free.

Article 10: Guarantees

All Products benefit from the legal regime of the guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Under this guarantee, when the legal conditions are met, the Customer has a period of two (2) years from receipt of the product to request repair thereof subject to the cost conditions provided for by the Article L217-9 of the Consumer Code.

The products also benefit from the legal regime of the guarantee against hidden defects within the meaning of article 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. Under this guarantee, the Customer can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the price of the product.

Article 11: Liability

Jacquot Paris declines all responsibility in the event that the delivered Product does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery located outside the European Union.

Jacquot Paris cannot be held responsible in the event of failure to fulfill one of its contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event, due to a third party or a case of force majeure as defined by the case law handed down by the courts. French.
